By using BNB Wallet you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Nature of the Service
BNB Wallet is a non-custodial software wallet that displays public on-chain data, allows you to broadcast transactions you sign locally, and offers optional features such as AI Trading and USDT Staking. We never hold your funds or private keys.
2. Self-Custody & Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your seed phrase, devices and operational security. We cannot recover lost seed phrases, reverse erroneous transactions, or restore access if your device is compromised.
3. Risk Disclosure
- Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and may result in total loss.
- AI Trading is experimental — past performance does not guarantee future results.
- USDT Staking rewards are issued under current platform conditions and may change.
- Smart-contract networks may experience downtime, forks or exploits beyond our control.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and not located in a jurisdiction where using a self-custody crypto wallet is illegal. You are responsible for tax reporting on any gains.
5. Prohibited Use
- Money laundering, terrorism financing or sanctions evasion.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, attack or overload our infrastructure.
- Using the service to deceive others or run fraudulent schemes.
6. AI Trading & Staking
These features run inside the wallet UI and use the USDT balance recorded on our platform. Withdrawals are subject to availability and may be paused for security reviews. We may adjust reward rates with notice.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of market data, or specific financial outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BNB Wallet shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of crypto assets resulting from compromised seed phrases, phishing, malware or network failures.
9. Changes
We may revise these Terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
