Balances are pulled from public blockchain RPCs and can take up to 60 seconds to sync after import. If after 2 minutes you still see $0, refresh the page or click the wallet switcher and back. Make sure you selected the correct seed phrase length (12 or 24 words).

Open the wallet dashboard → click Receive. Select the network (BNB Smart Chain is recommended for lowest fees). Send USDT to the displayed address. The balance will appear within ~30 seconds of the transaction being confirmed.

USDT in the staking section earns rewards every second. The current daily rate is shown on the staking page. You can claim rewards at any time, or unstake any amount — there is no lock-up period. Rewards auto-compound when you add more to your stake.

Unfortunately no — and that's by design. BNB Wallet is non-custodial, so we never see, store, or transmit your seed phrase. Without it, even we cannot access the wallet. Treat your seed phrase as the master key to your funds.

Yes. Your private keys stay encrypted on your device. We use TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, and follow open-standard BIP-39/BIP-44 derivation. The codebase is being prepared for an independent audit in Q3 2026.

A language switcher will appear in the navigation bar once your preferred language is set. Currently English is fully supported, with Russian, Spanish, Arabic and Chinese in active translation.
